Our mission is to provide a great quality of life for dogs. We hope these dogs fill your life with joy and create long-lasting memories. This small, family operation also has over 30 years of experience in raising Yorkshire Terriers. These dogs are raised at our home in Leavenworth, Kansas.

Free State Pedigrees is a family owned business. My husband and I have 5 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Our youngest son, Eric, is in college studying physiology. Kelsey, our youngest daughter, is the owner of Ella, and will be raising goldendoodles with her family. Our children were always involved in 4-H growing up and enjoyed showing their animals. Samantha, our oldest daughter, won reserve grand champion with her Yorkie - Stargazer. She was also a certified therapy dog and spent many Saturday afternoons visiting nursing homes.
